Now I am going to start out saying that I could care less if you are a Republican or a Democrat because I am both- or neither. I follow my own Yellow Brick Road so to speak. I do not vote along party lines, I vote for the person I think will do the best job for what I need and want, at that specific moment in time. It is like you are in Vegas and it’s a roll of the dice or a crap shoot because who you vote for is not the same person they will be at the end of their term. Politicians are corrupt, crooked and in it for themselves. They forget they work for us. We pay their salary. We are their bosses. What an absolute joke. These classified documents that Trump and Biden have proven they do what they want, and we are innocent victims and pawns in their high stakes game of chess. The problem is this chess game could drag us into World War 3. These people and their secrets and schemes could cost us our sons and daughters, our retirement funds, and our peace of mind. We deserve to know what is in those documents and who all has seen them. We the people of the United States of America deserve better. There are so many problems we are facing and the people that are supposed to be coming up with solutions are sitting up in Washington DC not working together. They are like little kids refusing to eat their green beans- if they don’t get their own way they will not work with others. They have failed to learn to play together for the common good. So, as we sit here worrying about if there will be enough money to send us our social security checks when we hit retirement age, worrying about the price of gas and eggs, worrying about how to pay for our health insurance and our electricity bill, they sit out there collecting money for the rest of their lives, writing books, making money off speaking engagements, not caring about the common folk. The world is literally falling apart. This country is cracking at the seams. I am good with legal, LEGAL immigration, actually unless you are a Native American you are already an immigrant, but not this nonsense that you can just walk across the border and be handed a “Welcome to the USA” gift basket. I can’t go to Germany or France and just decide to stay. Why are we taking on hundreds of thousands of people? I understand helping other countries, but I am not ok with giving out foreign aid when our citizens are struggling to make ends meet. I am not ok with these people dragging us so far into debt that the Feds are forced to raise interest rates making it even more difficult to buy new homes and vehicles. I am not ok with people trying to mess with my right to bear arms, I am not ok with them telling women they are not allowed to get an abortion. Now I have never gotten one, nor would I unless it was a medical necessity- but who are a bunch of crusty old men to try and govern women, their health, to tell them what they can and can’t do with their bodies. What if she is fifteen? What if she is forty and just diagnosed with breast cancer? What if she was raped and homeless and living in her car and can’t even afford prenatal care. There are variables and there are reasons for women to choose to have or not have a baby. Who are we to judge? Would you want to be judged? We should have the freedom of choice- to go to the church of our choice, to believe in what we choose- to be gay or straight or vegan or a meat eater, to choose to marry an African American or someone who is French or German, to buy an electric car or a gas stove. We are supposed to be able to have freedom of speech, freedom of choice. These political bozos want to make us puppets. They want to take away our right to pay with cash. Cash. Paper money. Think about it, they want to control our banks and they can easily close those banks with our money in it. Look up Bail-In Legislation/ Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Act and let me know if this does not worry you? Banks have the right to deny a purchase that costs too much, because you are only allowed to use a certain amount of YOUR OWN MONEY each day you know, or because they think we might have had our identity compromised. My identity can’t be compromised if I pay with a twenty-dollar bill. I don’t have to show you my ID if I am paying with cash. No one can track my purchases if I am paying with cash. But that is why they want to take our money away. But hey, when the power grid goes down for whatever reason (and this has been happening a lot on a small basis) good luck going to the store and buying something because your debit card is not going to work. Just another way our government is trying to control us. Think about it. Control, control, control!!! And the politicians have all of it. We need to gain control of our lives back. Just my two cents…
